So my name is Mitch, and I seeked out Cam because I really wanted to have someone help me be accountable to come to and from the gym, and to also be that person as a sounding board for myself if I had any questions. And I also use Cam as a bit of a motivator in my fitness journey. I'm inspired to come to the gym because I noticed that Cam is very, very energetic.He runs really good sessions and I also noticed before I started working with him that he was getting some good results out of his clients.Cam's a lot of fun. I mean, a session can be tailored to a really high paced workout, to if I'm tired myself, he'll slow it right down, but also keep me accountable to what I need to be doing.I think Cam is very good at motivating me. He really is good at getting me to push out that extra one or two reps, but also telling me that I can do it and I've done it before and somebody that is there to keep me accountable along the way.Originally, I sought out Cam because I wanted to change my overall lifestyle, get myself in a better physical condition, and drop of fat.During my journey I experienced a significant shoulder injury which happened outside of the gym that Cam really tailored the sessions to help me improve with the rehabilitation of my shoulder but also stuck with me along the journey for that.A goal that I want to share is that, when I had my shoulder dislocation it happened twice in one day. It wasn't going to be a quick fix for me. Cam has really stuck by me through the journey and it's been four months now, since I've really started to get to where I was before my shoulder dislocation.Cam tailored the sessions and really worked closely with myself.I was seeing a physiotherapist and Cam got me to update him after every visit, so he could know how to tailor a workout specifically for what I need to be doing for my rehabilitation.Cam really supports me by checking in, especially, after I had my injury. Cam was really, really big at checking in with how I was going, how the rehabilitation was going, but also, in general, Cam really ensures that I stay focused and he also ensures that I am doing what he's asked of me.My biggest takeaway is that I'm accountable for my own results.I have to put in the work myself but Cam's also there to check-in with me. If I steer in the wrong direction, Cam will put me back into line as well.I think Cam is very knowledgeable, he's gone some extra training and education himself, and if we have any questions, Cam is very happy to answer them. If he doesn't know, he will find out the answer, but that doesn't happen very frequently. Cam is very knowledgeable and educated. One hundred percent I'd recommend Cam. I've noticed that he's got a vast range of clients, vast range of ages, abilities, and what I do see from Cam is he's got a lot of repeat clients and repeat business and long standing clients as well that I've gotten to know personally as well.I think a lot of us have done the long game with Cam. A lot of us have seen him at a previous gym and and probably more than eighty percent have followed him to this new studio.I think that that shows a real sense of care for his clients and that his clients really, really support him, but also training in this new space gives us a really private one on one area that we can go to without having the hustle and bustle of a standard gym.
Read MoreSo I'm Madi or Madison, and I guess my fitness goals have changed from when I first started with Cam to now. Yeah, they first started when I walked into a gym and said I need a personal trainer and I'm gonna run half a marathon. And now it's again, I run that last year, and this year I've changed to totally different goals.So Cam's training style is it's very different to anything I've ever had. He's very, passionate, and he will educate you while he's training. He he's just like a friend. You're hanging out with your friends, learning things and training, and it's just, yeah, lots and lots of fun.Cam motivates me in so many ways from when I'm walking in the door feeling really just blah.He he's just he's he's got natural talent for picking you up and going onwards and upwards, keeping you on top of your goals and asking you qualifying questions like, have you been on top of your nutrition this week? Have you hit your fitness goals this week? Have you done your steps this week? He he really prompts all those questions.Cam challenges me every single time I see him. Even if I'm not feeling like training, he'll go, let's just do this, we'll do this together. He, he secretly will put the weights up when I'm not looking, because he knows I can lift heavier or he knows I can lift more weights. So then he'll the next, training schedule, he'll put in pauses at the top or something. He's always pushing me without me asking for it.So some results that, I guess I've seen through working with Cam is last year I wanted to run half a marathon, never been a runner, never. I've never even run five km, and she helped me to run the whole half marathon throughout the whole year, which is really cool.So Bell Health and Fitness supports me outside of the session in more ways than one. He is a friend. He cares. He gives me advice with so many things. I ask him questions and treat him like my Google, but sometimes he has to actually Google the answer.He gives me nutrition advice.He he will answer any question I have, and he also is a really good sounding board for anything I might be going through in my own life. I can kind of throw his way with no judgment, and he just will go, how about this or how about that? We bounce we bounce off of each other, which is really, really cool. My biggest takeaway from the sessions would be just show up. Keep on keeping on and keep at it, and you will see results, and it's okay to change the end goal.Cameron as a person, I cannot say any bad words about him. He I've never met somebody that cares so much about every single person.He's he likes to think he's funny, which he actually is funny, but cut that because you're not allowed to tell him.But he he's a really, really good person, and it's very rare to find such a good person.I couldn't have done any of this without the team around me.Cam introduced me to an osteo that helped me with injuries, he helped me run, and he's always been my number one fan. He even showed up to race day, which was so important to me because this is is one of the biggest things I've done, and he was there from the start to finish. So it's really special.
Read MoreYeah. So my name's Ruby and, my fitness goals, since starting with Cam, have been to improve my strength and then also my agility as well because I play, soccer. So working on that movement and being able to quickly change directions. Yeah. Yeah. So both of those have been, like, important.Cam makes you feel really comfortable, and it's, like, a good mixture between, like, chatting between the sets, but also just, like, working on the technique. Yeah. And, yeah, just progressing each week. I've really enjoyed it so far.I would say that he knows how to coach in a way that, suits the person, the individual person. So he's worked very much with me and focusing on what I need throughout the season, but then also post season. So for example, in season, we might, like, lower my, reps and my weight and just focus on technique, and kind of maintaining. And then out of season, so coming out of the season now, actually, I will be focusing on probably increasing some of those weights and gaining back a bit of strength.So I guess what's unique about him is that he tailors it to your needs. Yep.And also makes you feel really, like, comfortable in the, in the gym.In terms of, like, performance results for, like, soccer, which I guess is what I base it off because that's why I'm doing the gym, is I've noticed, my pace has increased a lot. So, for example, leading up to the season, we did a lot of, like, say, the sled pushes, which increases, what helps me with, like, my sprinting, and then also just strength, especially with upper body. I felt like before being with Cam, I would get knocked off the ball a lot. And now that I've worked on my upper body, I can actually kind of, like, hold my own and, like, that helps me to keep the ball. So I would say upper body strength and also just my pace has increased a lot.So to notice these changes, I would say it, didn't take very long, maybe, a month, six weeks to start noticing changes. And then I've been working with him for over a year now. And just as the months have gone on, I notice changes every month, especially when we move to a new program, which focuses on, say, increasing the reps or, going up in weights in different exercises.Cam suppports me outside of the gym. For example, if I'm struggling in my own session with, like, knowing a technique or, yeah, I can't remember how to do an exercise, I'll often text him. I might even send him a video, and he's really good at replying back and, helping me correct my form. And just knowing that I have that person to check-in even when I'm not in the sessions is really helpful.Working with Cam has impacted my kind of overall lifestyle in the sense that, I have more confidence when I go to my training sessions, because I know that, I'm training in a way that's good for my body and, that's gonna strengthen my body. So I guess it's changed my lifestyle in that, I get less injuries because I'm focusing on form and I'm also doing exercises specific to soccer that help reduce the risk of, getting injured. So he'll tailor it so that, for example, I've had hip mobility issues, and we've done specific exercises for that to reduce the risk of hip mobility issues and injuries occurring again, at soccer.Cam's a great person. He's super easy to get along with.I was quite nervous, as I said before, starting with a PT because, you know, it's like one on one and you hope that you'll get along with the person, but he's so chatty, always wants to know how my week's been and how things are going with soccer and life. He's just easy to get along with, super funny, and, yeah, we get along really well. I look forward to the sessions each week.I think all sorts of people would benefit working with him all ages, fitness levels, because like I said, he, caters to where you're at in your fitness journey. And I've noticed the clients that he has are varying in ages, abilities, everything. So anyone that has a fitness goal and that would like that extra support and, backing in their fitness journey, really, I think most people could benefit from working with Cam.

My fitness goals are to try and improve my fitness for my sport, which I play tennis and netball, to improve my overall confidence, in myself, and just in general improve improve the way I feel about myself. Being at the gym is what inspired me to seek out personal training. I was at the gym at the time, the CEO of these trainers, and I thought, well, maybe a bit of guidance in the training for me, what exercises would be suitable for myself.Yeah. So what's best with my sport as well, and just trying to improve, again, my fitness, my weight loss journey.Working with Cam's actually a lot of fun.He's great for your motivation, answers questions, has a lot of time with clients.I find that if I've got a question in regards to nutrition, anything like that, he's more than happy to look up information. He's not a hundred percent sure at the time, and he'll get back to you with that.He motivates me by pushing, like, one more, two more. You've got this, generally, that sort of stuff. Like, if you're feeling you're a bit tired and you can't get that last rep out, he'll really encourage you and push you to do to that last final rep. Yeah. I've, Cameron does a lot of, each month we do weigh ins where you'll do your measurements, your bioprints, and just seeing the measurements go down is a real motivation in yourself. It's like, well, this journey is actually working, and encourages you to keep going.Initially, the changes didn't take very long at all. I reckon within a couple of months, I really started to notice difference, through just the exercise and motivation I had from him and seeing the results make you wanna keep going.Really supports me by going back probably nine, ten years ago now, I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the time.During that time I didn't go to the gym. I felt with my immune system not the way it was, didn't feel comfortable going there. I found Cameron an absolute inspiration in helping me keep going in normality for me. I wasn't playing with netball or my tennis.We moved to online, and we did check ins once a week. Just kept me I guess just helped me with that normality that, yes, I can still keep training, still feel normal as such and the best I can, which was just brilliant for me. Like, the goal at the time wasn't weight loss, it was just to keep me moving and just to make me, I guess, feel normal as such. Cool. So that was probably the best thing for me, having him there as a major support at that really hard time for me.I think it's improved my confidence a lot just with the training and seeing the results. I feel more confident wearing certain clothes that I wouldn't wear or wearing that bikini that I wouldn't have worn ten years ago. Just having that confidence, with him training me, and it's made a big difference, I think.I think anybody would benefit from training from him, no matter what your fitness level is to your weight loss goals or just whatever your motivation is, I think he's the right person. He takes the time to listen to you, he'll sit down and work out a program for you just for your training and food, what you should be eating, probably what you should take out of your food, and just overall just there to support you no matter what your journey is.At the end of the day, I've now trained with Cam for about twelve, thirteen years.Can't imagine not having him as my trainer. He's, a great support for me in every way that I need, willing to listen to you, and at the end of the day, he will help you achieve what your end results would like to be.
